So I am planning on 3 boxing some chars with a rogue bot and needing a little guidance. Usually you would need a mixed group for buffs and whatnot but it looks like you can use the buff bot in the grove so does that take that need out? What are the main points to consider when making a group? I would assume some sort of crowd control via root, mezz, off tanks etc is needed. Would a pally shm mage rogue have enough healing power to keep a group alive? I am hesistant to use a cleric as they are a one trick pony for heals. How important are slows? I can get more use from a shm with slows and whatnot than a cleric. Or would you suggest a druid over a shm (back to the question about how important slows are). What about ports from what I have seen those arent as needed in THF version of the game. Just as a forwarning I have only played a few characters so far up to about level 5ish and before I made a solid group I wanted to get some input from the masses. Any info is appreciated thanks!!

I think that would be a very viable group, I box a shaman and a cleric, and have found myself using the clerics pacify line LOTS for pulling lately in T5. I know with Canni my shaman takes much much much longer to run out of mana than my cleric.

You need a tank , a healer, another dps toon.

Tank : I love warriors, but you also could go for others who are better at aggroing more mobs. Warriors are better for boss I would say. Many will have a different opinion on that.

Healer : skip the druid which is best at debuffing than Healing. Shaman are great and will heal well and will enhance your dps. Cleric are best healers + grp heals. I would go for cleric.

A dps toon : well, you could go for a bard which will deal dps and make your grp work better (mana song, dps songs, mez, awesome AA with Fmemories).

So my setup : warrior, cleric, bard, rogue bot.

If you plan to donate, it could change something too in your setup (SK donor1 is awesome for example).

IMO if you're going for a single donation, the Shaman donator (1) opens the most doors to a small group (1500 regen/tick for 30 min base)
