Items:
o Dark arrow of Tactics had it's damage increased again
o Cleric, Druid, and Shaman Donor BP spawns are now untargetable.
Spells:
o New Beastlord Spell Growl of the Lion available at the LDoN Spell Vendor
Zones:
o Shadow Haven bosses had their chance to drop the automaton parts lowered from 25% to 5%. Nameds remained the same at 15% and trash remained the same at 5%.
o Fixed a zone crash with the Templar Guard script in Halls of Honor.
o Fixed a number of zone latency issues in Halls of Honor.
o Passage Guardian in The Ascent will now drop 6 Rites of Passage per kill instead of 1. This should help groups progress slightly faster through the zone.
