Long ago, I used to rely heavily on our friendly Sune npc in the Forest/Vale/etc. She was a great help until I started progressing through the tiers.
She cleverly limited the buffs based upon the level of the player hailing her so that they scaled properly through the 1-70 experience. That was great. I request that she also scale through with raid tier buffs, as well.
I would like to see the Tier 4 ("Chaotic" and "of Chaos" buff lines), Tier 5 ("True" buff lines), and Tier 8 ("Rk. I" buff lines) made available as flag-dependent buffs.
Perhaps the Tier 4 buffs could be made available to anyone who has completed the epic 1.5 quest, and Tier 5 buffs available to anyone who is Tier 3 flagged, and Tier 8 available to those flagged for DSK 2.
The donor Sune would always be ahead of the generic Sune, of course, but little old generic Sune could use a little loving, methinks. Food for thought!
