Harm Touch issue?

It seems that when I hit Harm Touch I get nothing. I have tried recreating the button but I press it, it sticks for a minute but I get no message about it working or not working.

Is it me or is this a bug?

In your AA window, purchase the Harm Touch AA.

Same with paly's lay of hands this server uses there on edition to it both abilities are free aa for the hotkey at lvl 1.
