The Dragon Slayer Achievement

Salutations,

I am experiencing trouble receiving Achievement credit for "The Dragon Slayer": Trakanon and Lord Nagafen. In the time span of seven days I have slain Lord Nagafen 6 times and Trakanon twice. I have received credit for the kills in the "Headhunter" quest, and I have been taking screen captures of the kills. I have completed the kills in group with other players present, while being grouped with just a bard bot, and a couple times solo. I have landed the killing blow with melee (1 hand slashing/hand to hand/ 2 hand slashing) / Spell (Spell Gem and from a clickie).

I mentioned this to others in "/ooc" and they replied that they noticed the same problem on their characters, but that they just gave up on the achievement.
