Shaman spell Subtle Injection?

I'm having trouble locating where this spell drops, I've checked the Drunder list, the LDoN spell vendor, the T8 spell vendor, and clone (webtools/spell.php?id=5780).

I'm looking for ways to make my shaman more valuable to my group, currently he just throws in some buffs and a few heals here and there but mainly just stands around looking pretty. I do have him setup to use some low dps dot (I forget which one) but it is not effective. Drunder has a quest spell Poison of Mastery that is better that what I'm using, but Subtle Injection looks nicer. Ideas?

Likely one of the future t9 spells? Every class has 1 or 2 they've been drooling over from the clone for months.
