The instant cast improved invisibility is exciting and super. However, the recovery time of 16 minutes and 40 seconds is phenomenally bad for invisibility. I had thought I could toss out my Gimmel earring but no, 16 minutes is just too much. I can see that maybe it would be a bit of a game changer if you could instantly recast it but maybe a recast delay of 3 seconds (a little longer than earring of Gimmel) or so would not change anything except that everyone would want one of these instead of earring of Gimmel.

ALSO it is on the same timer as the donor item Bottomless Hobbit Backpack and the Baroque Half-Mask of Solusek Ro. Strange to have my Hobbit Backpack unusable for nearly 17 minutes because I've cast invisibility...

More than likely just a mix up in the item server when it was synced with live. We will look into it
