Walkthrough

Karnor's Castle is another zone in the 35-55 range much in the same way as Lower Guk and City of Mist. On average, the NPC's here are a bit higher in level than in the other two zones and it is much easier to get multiple NPC's in a single fight. There is a single task in Karnor's Castle for players to complete and it is by no means simple.

Quest mob:

Hurok the Small is a Goblin of small stature located just to the left of the area into which you zone in at. He is before the first bridge and can be easy to miss the first time if you aren't looking for him. He is located at 67, 157.

Quest text:

Hurok The Small says, 'Pssst! Come here, Jerant!'

Hurok waves at you.

You say, 'Hail, Hurok The Small'

Hurok The Small says, 'I know, I know.. I'm small! ..why I need someone big and strong as you are Jerant. Do you have time and courage to [help] me?'

Hurok looks up at you.

You say, 'I will help you'

Hurok The Small says, 'Good, good! Take care.'

You have been assigned the task 'Hurok is pouty.'.

The task:

All total, Hurok is asking you to slay 125 of the different NPC's around Karnor's keep and some of them are located in areas where named NPC's spawn frequently. You are advised to be careful if attempting this quest at the recommended level.

• 25 Drolvarg Sentries - the easiest of the NPC's to slay. These drolvargs can be found in the areas just beyond the first bridge and they share spawn locations with Drolvarg Guardians. Their levels are in the low 40's.
• 25 Drolvarg Guardians - located in the same area as Sentries, these brutes are a few levels higher in their mid 40's.
• 25 Drolvarg Bodyguards - these guys can only be found in the Warlord's room and are much higher in level than gatekeeper cousins. Their average level is 51. Be aware that the Warlord's room has 5 spawn point locations for the Bodyguards, but at any time the named Drolvargs, Warlord or Pawbuster, could spawn.
• 25 Decayed Soldiers - located in the basement area with numerous other undead minions of approximately the same level. There are a few named spawns in this area so be wary.
• 25 Decayed Prisoners - these guys are in the same area as the Decayed Soldiers.

Once you've slain enough of the above types of NPC's, hail Hurok again for your reward.
