Memory read errors when launching game

I'm at my wits end so I've decided to finally make a post.

So I've installed via titanium on a macbook air running bootcamp windows 8.1 with fully updated drivers. I've got EQ to work on Project 1999 before and I've followed the installation instructions to the letter but get the error seen in the screenshot attached. I've tried launching the game at different resolutions and scoured the forums for a solution to this but so far nothing has worked.

Any advice? I'd really like to get started playing.
