NPC.
o Martak Elders, Warriors and Shav`an Kului are properly spawning again.

Items.
o Token of Vex Thal is now Not-Lore.
o Ancient Metal Helm has plate helm visuals now.

Quest.
o Players may now retrieve a new container from Fragment of Luclin at any time during the quest.

Zone.
o 24 hour blocks from DSK3 have been removed. The "cheater" system will still boot you from the zone though if you are caught trying to skip flags/content.
