[Fixed] Possible ranged damage issue

Noticed when I was running ranger around Chardok on test. Tested on Tier 1 parser in guild hall with no buffs on live 2671, test 1156. Did multiple tests. Used a couple different bows (Emperiun, the treant sting and Drachnid strung decrepid bow). Max crit damage on live 7614 no buffs, on test 3528. Tried ranged axes with Berserker and could not dupicate with him, damage was the same on test and live. Did not have any issues with melee damage with ranger, same test and live just the ranged damage. Purchased a starter bow for paladin and seemed like I was getting the same results as my ranger. Live max crit 284, test 186. Thanks for your hard work in keeping this fun escape going for all of us.

Noticed this the other day as well, pretty sure it's dealing with the custom modifier that THF gives to ranged damage and should be an easy fix. I'll take a closer look tonight if I get a break from these dang school papers! 3x 10-14pg papers due this week /cry

Fixed. The stationary vs non-stationary coding was backwards
