Rubicite has been discovered and is now being mined in significant quantities. Snokin Breaksteel in The Abysmal Sea is now selling Rubicite Ore. Smiths around the world have been studying this new ore and have developed some new items that can be made using Rubicite.
Embossed Rubicite Arrowheads can be made by combining a File, and Embossing Sketch, Rubicite Ore, and Air infused Spring water in a forge. The Embossing Sketchs are sold in kelethin by Merchant Kweili. Air infused Water is dropped in the Plane of Valor by random monsters who have been hoarding it. Rubicite Ore is sold in Abysmal Sea by Snokin. The arrowheads trivial at 305 smithing skill.
Bundled Embossed Rubicite Arrowshafts can be made by combining an Arrowshaft Mold, an Embossing Sketch, Rubicite Ore, and Air Infused Spring Water in a forge. The Arrowshaft molds are sold by many smithing vendors. The arrow shafts trivial at 295 smithing skill.
Those 2 items can be used by Fletchers to make Embossed Rubicite Arrows. Combining an Embossed Rubicite Arrowhead, an Embossed Rubicite Arrowshaft, Several Parabolic Cut Fletchings, and a small groove nock in a fletching kit will result in the arrows if you have the skill. The arrows trivial at a 305 fletching skill.
