[Fixed] Balance of Discord (shm slow)

When casting on Master Vule (whom ive always slowed before) i now get the message "Your spell may have had the opposite effect of what you desired." Is this intended or some new bug?

Not intended at all. Was an issue with changes to how slow mitigation is handled. Has been fixed in reboot.
