Tips on playing a wizard?

I have recently added a wizard to my group and I have never played and was looking for some tips on playing one. Like spells i should look for, AAs I should focus on, and focus and worn effects I shuld look for?

Tactical fire from Tactics is a good nuke, along with of course the t8 instants, chaotic detonation from LDON points is another useful one. As for aa deagro ones, crit/dmg ones, and to a lesser extent if you have a donor v2 weapon, mana saving ones. For focii/worn a mana refill clicky, fire/cold/magic dmg focii, detri spell haste, range extension, detri mana pres is kinda nice too.

The t8 nuke, pet if you don't go donor bp route, best available pet focus item, fire focus for dmg, detri mana pres/spell haste. If you go the donor weapon route, I prefer v1 since it is always on, the donor pet focus aug is good too.
Oh and aa is pretty much same as wiz, but add the pet crit/flurry ones and mana pres ones go up a lot more in value.
