o Fixed an issue in the loot coding that would sometimes cause a items to have an impossible value (<1%) chance of dropping.

I think this has been happening for a long time on some of the rares...

Lol as much as I want to agree with you, it was related to the merged code. Our old code used whole number equations in a specific segment of the loot handles, and the new merged code used fractional numbers.... Needless to say, they didn't communicate very well
