o Faerune II and III now boost max damage as well as minimum.
o Fixed extended duration on a number of buffs that was previously being blocked.
NPCs:
o Increased the fail timer on Wasp Queen event in Burning Woods from 10 minutes to 20.
o Modified the initial intensity of the Wasp Queen event to progressively become more difficult as the Queen loses HP.
