Type 10 Augments

I am checking if there is a guide or where to get the following: Type 10 (Crafted: Common) augments. Also are the weapons and gear created with slot 10, or is there a place to get it? Searches for Type 10 on this forum reveals nothing. Appreciate one of the veterans help on answering this.

Type 10 augs are purchased with Radiant Crystals in the Vale.

There are some Type 10 augs that drop from the bosses in Shadowhaven.
