Account is messed up need GM/Admin Help

I've been playing for over a week and I've had no issues until today.

I can log into the test server just fine but when I try to log into the regular server my everquest crashes before the character select screen shows.

I made a rogue today and then it crashed and I've been having issues ever since.

I even reformatted my hard-drive and reinstalled EQ and it did not resolve the issue.

My other everquest clients are working fine on other emulated server so I think that somehow the rogue creation caused something in my account to go wrong because it crashed as soon as I created it and it may be trying to load the rogue in the character select screen but it's missing attributes due to the crash and causing my client to crash before it gets to the char select screen?

I made a new login server account and it works.. So can a ADMIN please fix my other login server account?
