Healing Automation Broken

My Healing Automation does not heal in Shadow Haven. Is it not supposed to?

I don't think it has healed in SH in a long time but it is supposed to. The little guys don't ever seem to work for me anywhere so I don't bother doing the quest or cast it on the ones that have done the quest
