Enchanter Spell - Placate

Is there any chance Placate can affect up to level 73 creatures?

On Live enchanters were viable pullers, and on creating an enchanter to be a puller for my group i'm a bit gutted to find they can only pacify up to 70 with a 67 spell. I was sure they have a 70 spell but i can't find it on the webtools.

Don't see harm to this change so it might happen at some point.
