I was logged in earlier with a couple of characters, and some of my family wanted to log in and play. When clicking the THFDownloader.exe they started to get an error that read as follows:

Microsoft .NET Framework

Unhandled exception has occurred in your application.

blah blah blah Click continue or quit...

The remote name could not be resolved: 's3.amazonaws.com'

After it happened on three different computers, I logged my characters out on my own computer. When I tried to log back in, I got the same error related to s3.amazonaws.com

I did a search on THF forums and came up with a thread that mentioned this previously happening:

Nothing on my end has changed, and that thread seems to indicate that this might be related to an issue with amazon hosting services.

Anyone else unable to log into the game after about 3pm EST?

We'll look into it, it's most probably an amazon hosting issue again.
