Wizard 3.0 - Kaesora Ground Spawns

Anyone that can help me out? I'm working on the Wizard 3.0 and collecting the ground spawns in Kaesora. Ive got 3 out of 4. I see what I assume is the last one marked on the map, but standing on top of it (verifying with height filter that I should be in the right spot as well) I can't find anything on the ground. I noticed some of the others are hidden around corners or behind/under debris, but I can't for the life of me find this last one.

Here's the ones I have by item ID: 122844, 122845, 122846. Any chance the last one is out sync somehow?
