Guild Hall Teleporter

This may be covered somewhere else or even working now but I could not find the correct phrase. I am trying to teleport directly to the bazaar via the donor charm "Dark Charm of Travel" and I am unable to port. Upon checking the npc for various zones they are able to port to I do not see the bazaar listed. Is it possible to port there from her and if not would it be possible to add?

Oddly it wasn't included in the list but it should be now, let us know if there's any issue with it. Will be listed under Specialty Zones.
