New Defensive Skills Trainer Dummy!
o Vlan (one of the three trainer dummies in the Forest and Guild Hall) has been upgraded to act as a defensive trainer. He just needs one player to hit him in melee range to get him started. He'll then do a 1 point melee damage hit every second to every client in melee range. This will upgrade your defensive abilities!
o To work out which one easily, you can see (Defensive Trainer - Melee Me!) under his name.
o If you want to stop, simply step back out of melee range and Vlan will remove you from his hate list (no hard feelings!).
o If, for some weird reason, your health actually falls too low, he'll stop hitting you.
o If everyone leaves his melee range then he'll stop attacking entirely. At this point, to get him started again just give him a friendly whack with your weapon.
o It's perfectly fine to use him as an offensive weapons/spells training dummy as well. So feel free to keep attacking him with autoattack.
o Vlan is best suited for melee training. Everyone else can use the other dummies if they wish.
o We may extend this function to more dummies, or set aside some new dummies in future but this should work for everyone for now.
