If Bards, get Sing to 200, and casters get meditate to 200, shouldn't monks get FD to 200 to start?

We are actually thinking to revisit this topic and offer a more fun way to level these skills ups. Meditate will stay intact but FD, Singing should not be auto granted at level 1.
