Voice of Clairvoyance / Hastening of Salik Overwriting Each Other

Title basically says it all - if I cast either Voice of Clairvoyance or Hastening of Salik, they overwrite the other.

Speed of the Shissar does not overwrite Clairvoyance, if that's any help whatsoever, so I can still run well with those two. Just thought it was a little bit odd!

[Slot 2] Mana Regeneration: +40
[Slot 3] INT: +32
[Slot 4] WIS: +32
[Slot 5] Modify Attack Speed: +68%
[Slot 6] Chance to Land Critical Hit: +20%
