Possible problem with Hateful Ice Tear http://www.thehiddenforest.org/webtools ... ?id=123352
I had it equiped in Quindor, The Sunderer http://www.thehiddenforest.org/webtools ... p?id=18409 and directly noticed a decrease of my Threat generation played with it that way for a few days a decided to replace the augment and now threat gen seem to be fine.

So either the proc has issues or there was a problem that i was unable to proc both Real Anger II procs that the weapon had at the time and that the proc on the augment was prioritized over the proc from the Weapon.

According to magelo augment has 25% proc rate vs weapon 80% proc rate.

I had it in the 1st augment slot during that time equipped.

Did putting the aug in mean that you added an extra proc? Only thing I can think is that you reached the limit for number of procs and for some reason it favoured the aug proc over the the one on the sword. Don't think it wouldn't stack for any other reason.

Well it is possible that i reached the proc cap, just wasn't expecting that the aug would in that case prioritize over the weapon proc.
I replaced the Hateful one as i said before , with Celestial Ice Tear (Tier 9)

a different proc ( or is it due to self buff proc, that it doesn't add to the proc cap ?) and i don't have the issue.

What was the proc cap ? I remember a few years ago i think to read about it but i honestly can't dig it up via search atm.

I might gonna do some trial and error test on Dummy with logging and waste some Distillers , if i remember correctly there is a BST buff that increases the proc cap.

Ok parsed 2 sets of 3 times x 5 mins each vs Atcho in Guild Hall
Picked T1 to reduce the chance to resist the proc.

So it looks like that the problem is not that the aug overwrites the weapon proc and that the procs stack.
Soo will need to do some live fights to see if something changed with the threat generation while the Hateful one is still equipped.

Ok in Frostcrypt with Hateful Ice Tear still threat problem, so not sure what the deal is .. maybe need to parse here and see if i get to many resists on the procs or something.

Ok tested 3 of the 4 Weapon Augs from FC for Threat Generation
Hateful , Piercing and Celestial

For me atleast using Hateful or Piercing one made 0 difference the one that came ahead was Celestial with Rune procs which was decent enough.

The way i tested was during Fights (with the mini Nameds in T9 FC) i aggroed initially and then kept an eye on the Threat generation via the build in Aggro Meter.

With Hateful and Piercing Rog and Zerker usually went into the +80% range before i started to intervene.
With Celestial however Zerker was if at all the top aggro hog and peaked at around the 50% mark.
(This is with both Zerker and Rogue using on CD http://www.thehiddenforest.org/webtools ... hp?id=8020 + Rogue using Evade)

On a side note is it me or no Donor item has a Donor Version of Echo of Anger line ?

Managed to take a look at the proccing today and as per the other post, I think the missing procs should start firing now after the next update due to a fix for the AA/buffs that are supposed to increase max procs. Apparently live only allows for 4 procs max, but THF has custom code to increase that via AAs/buffs that got lost in the RoF2 update.
