Leadership AA -- Group Mentoring issue

I don't know if this is a new thing or has always been this way, but there is a problem with group mentoring of LAA.

If the group leader has a full set of LAA, and you want to benefit from that, and still get LAA on another character in the group, you can use the group mentoring feature.

I recently wasn't paying attention and my group leader filled up his LAA experience bar with a full 8 points (and all purchases) and now I can no longer mentor another group member.

On the actual group leader I get the "You have reached the maximum number of unused group leadership points. You must spend some points before you can receive any more experience."

This is a problem because this feature always took the 20% cut of xp directly from the group leader and handed the percentage of that XP assigned to the group mentor that was being mentored. If the group leader can't earn any more LAA, then he can't give any to the mentee?

Could we perhaps put the check for mentoring before the check for maxed LAA experience?

Curious how many of the leader aa and raid aa work? I know the GHOTT and RHOTT ( group/raid health of targets target )
works for both however I know the Raid Main Assist for the target ring around mob the NPC health and Mark NPC do not work so makes me wonder what group/raid AA work and don't work as I have both group and raid leader aa maxed out and see some not working.

Sorry to add to your post but I kept forgetting to post about this, and I as well cant mentor with max aa done and filled up.
