Trying to zone in from High Keep tells me I am not experienced enough to zone in?

It was status locked until now due to client compatibility issues. UF and RoF2 supposed to use the new Highpass Hold version, so I just removed the restriction. Let us know if there's any issue zoning in/out.

I was able to zone in but is it meant to be completely empty? No one is home I guess

Yeah, it's the new version of the zone, not customized so for now it's empty.
