SK Spells : Cloak of Akheva, Strengthen Death

It doesn't appear that a few SK spells are working properly today. Cloak of Akheva click from the Emblazoned souls pants, and the pet buff strengthen death. No conflicting or more powerful buffs are on myself or my pet, but the buff icons are not showing up.

It is worth noting that yesterday Cloak of Akheva was working, but this is my first interaction with Strengthen Death.

And for some reason, after I died, they are both working now.
