New player cant get in to game.

Hey I ran the auto update program and cant connect to the server. When I try I just get a black screen then eq log on resets. I have been able to load up some of the other private servers in the past any hits on what may be causing this?

My best advice would be to follow the Getting Started guide and make sure youa re using a separate and clean THF RoF2 client install to play on THF. If you need any more assistance, let us know.
