Epic 2.0 Issue

Hey, I have a problem with my wizard's (Pyrotess) epic 2.0. I have killed the dragons in ToV and talked with Giblet who sent me to Irontoe, when I talked to Irontoe he asks me for a proof that Giblet sent me, I'm checking in my bags and bank and I don't have the Note he should have gived to me and i can't continue with the epic, what can I do now?

I went back to Giblet and he gives nothing to me and keep sending me to Irontoe.

I put the Proof of Power back in Pyrotess' inventory, please be more careful with quest items.
