My character fixes Shadowknight/Necromancer

Lillu asked me to suggest how we can fix the Shadow knight since I complained about it in a PM to him. I decided to add my Necro's problems too. I have been playing SK for 2 months and a Necro for a month. I have found several problems with them, a lot of these problems have been posted on. Some of these posts have no progress reported so I decided to make a post with all the problems I have found.

Direct quote "

Just so you guys have the info since thats something you request on posts like this. There is one other spell line that uses disease checks. But even the highest level of that line it is only 100 damage per tic. As for the Spear disease DD line. This focus effect from the donator doesn't even work. The spell says it hits for 1250 DD. With donator on it hits for 1250 dd.

If you read in the post above I have linked about the SK don. The clicky is a 1k per tic for 1 min lifetap dot with 10 min recast. I agree with Desimus that this click is not only worse then the one I had before. But is completely useless now on anything but raid mobs.

Another AA that I find broken is Unholy Steed. This AA cost me something like 9AA's and to my dismay I found out its the same speed of some randomly drop horse off normal mobs in Guk. Just so you know since you guys don't know everything about the classes. Unholy Steed is suppose to be the fastest horse in the game. From what I was told by someone who played SK for years on live it was near or par with bard speed.

Leech Curse AA, this AA is suppose to be a life tap harm touch. This spell gives me the msg. "Your target is to far away, get closer!" And tells me spell was interrupted and uses my recast timer. A similar post was made about AA reuse timers here. http://forum.thehiddenforest.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=1631 Any progress or input at all?

Suspended Minion AA, when cast, replies with "Unknown spell effect 151 in spell suspended minion 1 (id 3248)

Unholy touch AA, this AA is suppose to increase imp ht damage by a considerable amount. I have all three levels and imp ht still does the same as ht 1250.

Unholy Aura disc, this is suppose to increase the ht and imp ht damage. As far as i can tell it doesn't change it at all.

This is a start to what I know is wrong with the SK now onto the Necro.

Necro:

The first thing i noticed when playing the Necro was, the 1.5 clicky is a rogue pet and the 2.0 clicky is a war pet with less hp and everything I will link stuff here.

Also I posted about the donator here. http://forum.thehiddenforest.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=1868 The click was fixed but the item still doesn't fit in the secondary slot like it says it should.

Suspend minion AA doesn't work on Necro either.

Feigned minion AA, this AA is suppose to feign death my pet. But all it tells me is changing position master. Its suppose to have a 75% chance to work I have never had it ever work the whole time I have had it.

Swarm of decay AA, as posted here http://forum.thehiddenforest.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=65&t=1915 I can confirm that Karhaug is correct. This AA doesn't work, I get the same msg. Are you not planning on fixing this? No one ever replied to his post.

Necro spell heals, this was asked to be changed here http://forum.thehiddenforest.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=35&t=1871 I heal my pet for 3000 health. This is with a 50% focus on my pet heals. How does this spell only land for 3k when it says its been changed to 2.8k and I have a 50% focus?

At the current time I can't think of the other problems with the two classes. I have one suggestion for the gm's and dev. If someone takes the time to make a post is it possible to at least reply to the post with either, "No we aren't going to fix this" Or give some progression so we aren't spamming the boards with multiple posts on the same things.

We value feedback, its needed if you want to help us continue to make this server work. We strive to provide the best possible game service we can. you'll notice, and even comment that we don't reply to every post. some statistics

I don't know about you, but in the last 8 months, that is a tremendous amount of posts. i sincerely hope you don't expect us to answer every single one. We are real people who have real jobs and real lives out side of here and allthough we spend entirely to much time here, we don't have time to answer them all.

eqemu aas.

For all the complaining that goes on about broken aa's, i would like you to take a look around the eqemu community and find all the posts about broken aa's and you'll find the typical response is. "thats what is in the code, nothing we can do till its fixed on eqemu source". Yet, instead of giving you that same answer we try our best and bend over backwards to make as many work as we can.

again, we appreciate constructive posts pertaining to problems with aa's. Do not expect it to be fixed tomorrow. Realize that your aa's are not the only problem thats going on and we are in fact working as much as we possibly can to tend to the many bugs riddled in the server code.

I made this post because I was asked to explain how the SK and the Necro was broken/not working. And as I explained after a month one of the posts was never replied to, I had no idea what was going on or even if you had read the post. In the time it took you to write your post you could have replied to these posts I have stated with, this is noted, or something so at least I know you saw and read my post. I have donators on both my characters and I understand you have a lot to do on this server. I didn't demand anything or ask you to change anything I merely told you what isn't working so if you want to fix it you know its broken. I even went as far as taking my own time to thoroughly test the SK life tap proc spell line which only stopped working for some bazaar reason when the spell file was updated. This was like a month ago and I haven't heard anything from it. I understand it might take that long to fix, but how do I know its getting done? I know of other things that are happening right now with other players who have donated. And as of right now I feel there is no point in taking my own time to try and help you guys run a better server whenever we post about broken or unbalanced things, which you guys encourage, you then come back and tell us we can't expect anything?
