Powerful Leather Robe

Powerful Leather Robe cant be used by a few races that should be able to. Is it possible to change the race to all like the other elemental pieces?

Yup, sorry. All others already had ALL for races except this one.
Item Change -> Reload needed
Spell Change -> Reload AND new Spellfile needed
