Tyler: Sorry for yet another spellfile, but the Spell changes that are going in with the new set or Spells and Discs are huge. I hope to have tackled most issues now (they all worked fine if casted as GM toon but obviously Tome and Scroll mechanics needed to be tweaked a bit).

- Spells : Mage Rod of Power is redesigned to be Staff of Power, Mana reduced by 300 (each Rank has 300 less), in addition, it has unlimited Charges now, cast time reduced to 6 secs.

- Tradeskills : Rewards in PoStorms have been corrected
