The effect works with normally summoned pets, but doesn't work for the epic clicky pet.

I've tried summoning with the sebilis summon focus aug (augmentation of true order) unequip'd and still doesn't take to the made epic clicky.

Is it possible to aug the epic pet tho? I mean was/is it possible on Live?

no idea, but epic pet is taking the sebilis aug focus.

epic pet was focusable on live. I played mage until I quit.

Minion of Eternity :

1: Pet Power Increase(25)
2: Limit: Max Level(75)
3: Limit: Min Level(59)

The pet is lev70, so it should be effected by both focii or not?

It should but it doesn't. maybe its because epic is a clicky pet? something in minion of discord code that prevents it effecting clicky item pets?

Ya something like that i guess. The problem is, no way of fixing it really. Hopefully with the next focus upgrade that problem is resolved. To be honest, when i upgraded epic pets recently, i totally forgot about pet focii items so they are already quite powerful imo.
