First the good news - ToV will be complete after the server reloads, along with some item fixes (e.g. Bloodfrenzy proc, Shinai not lore anymore, Faerune on Kael Helms etc).
After evaluating the changes regards to caster power we will reduce those significantly as it showed that Wizards now do about 30% more DPS than top geared Zerkers. The idea (not to say vision) is that the Top DPS classes should be about the same. Some fights wizards are better, some fights Zerkers and sometimes Rogues. But no class should be doing 300-400 dps more on the same mob.
We will continue to monitor the changes that will go live today.
In detail this mean:
Caster bonus set to 5%
Heal bonus to 10%
Other changes
- Direcharm Level limit upgraded to 65
- 2 new fast respawn mobs added to ToV. Beware tho, they eat little tanks for breakfast
- Door to Ntov should no longer be pickable with just lockpicks
- Magelo should once again update your characters
