ToV armor quest for bots?

You can do the 1st quest, the Chaotic armor and/or craft/loot Kael Armor for bots but you can't do the ToV* armor quests for your bots? Just wondering if this was intended or if it could be changed I got a full chain set for my rogue bot but come to find out I can't do the quest for him lol.

*woops called it Kael again.
