Charm 2.0 > 3.0 Upgrade Quest Turn in Bug!

So i went to do my turn in, the 3 chardok royals heads, along with my 2.0 charm to Lilly in the Shadowed Grove. Well to my suprise she just ate all 4 items, i was told that it had happened to some people before and on zoning they got fixed, well i zoned and no such luck so now im down the charm along with the 3 heads 8\. Perhaps theres a bug with this quest worth looking into.

The quest is perfectly fine.

I checked Bront. Your character flag (for the charm quest) shows that you basically totally skipped the conversation with Lilly, in fact it looks like you haven't even killed the Evil twins. My guessing is that you probably tried to turn in the 1.0 charm along with the heads? That is basically the ONLY way that Lilly would eat the heads.

I know for a fact that ive killed the twins, and had the 2.0 charm. When i talked to her she told me to bring her the heads of the chardok royals as well as the charm. so i know that i had done it. Maybe somehow my flags got messed up? i dont really care bout the heads i can get those again - but losing that charm kinda sux lol.

But yeah when i talk to her now too she says to bring the heads of the royals... so i know i was on that part of the quest - or should have been @ least - my achievement log (on the site, wont let me give a direct link) also says that i have attainted the charm.

***alright figured out i could get another i really dont mind doing the quest again, its short, but i definately think that something else went on here***

We might need further investigation, since your character flag is still shows that you are at stage one in the charm quest..

I inspected him last night when we ran Chardok, and he did in fact have his Advanced Charm of Queen Adrian. He definitely did the 2.0 quest.
