Weird 1325 error

Hey guys ive googled this topic and really cant find anything of helpfulness on this hopeing maybe someone can help me here. I resently went to install ventrillo on my system and while i was installing i got an error message that said "error 1325 Ventrillo invald shortname" anyone know how to fix this so that i can install it or do i need to just go thru the registiry and delete everything ventrillo or what any help would be greatly apprated!
