ToV shaman BP click

I haven't actually obtained this in game yet, but still I don't think the clicky works

What i'm trying to point out is that it says "by 9" and "by 40" but doesn't actualyl state the effect. On live lucy it says the shaman bP decreases resist chance by 40%.
