Empowering water IV

6 : Effect type : Increase All Skills Minimum Damage Modifier by 175%

and the Ranger Donator buff
Rage of the Hunter
2 : Effect type : Add Proc:Hunter's Recourse
5 : Effect type : Increase Hitpoints by 400
6 : Effect type : Increase ATK by 350

There anyway you could make Empowering water stack with Ranger Donator so we can receive the effects of the Dmg Modifier? Or do i need to pick one or the other? if so id never use the empowering water spell over the donator.

Just Type 5 needs to be moved around so i guess doable yea.
