Picked up a cleave stone in karnor today, not sure if this augment is meant to drop in karnor, it does not seem to fit.

Cleave4 50hp and mana

For some reason the aug loot table ended up on 1 mob there (from sebilis nameds). Is already fixed and will be gone after reload.
