Selling Augs Not Working?

When selling an Aug, the merchant will say they will give me 4 points for the aug, then when i sell it it only give me 3. On others it will say it will give 3, and only get 2.

if u look around there are a ton of posts on this issue - its not supposed to give you the full # it says i think as a general rules its 50% of what the vendor tells ya (maybe rounded up)
