Couldn't find this anywhere...

I've been wondering for a while why Godly Conversion's cast time can't be reduced by Focus. Is this a bug or is there a reason for it?

The cast time is reduced if you time or watch it closely. this isn't reflected in the spell description like other spells though. GC4 is a 7 second cast and finishes before the casting bar hits the left-hand side.

Yea, I noticed that the AAs basically cut it in half but it didn't seem like the focus effect was helping at all. I'll test it again tonight.

pretty sure the max spell haste for anything - adding AA's + Foci is 50% of the spells cast time.

so no matter what foci you haev, if your capped @ 50% of the cast then thats as good as it will get.

I think it's capped at 50% by spell , and then you can get some more time by using AA like Quick Dmg AA on wizard as an exemple
