Priest Donator

I recently picked this up and after using it a couple of weeks I find it odd that it has Freezing Strike X on it.

Hand of Holy Vengeance was always a staple on most cleric items when I played live servers 8-9 years ago, but this hammer was given just a straight DD proc and not the group healing proc. Wouldn't it make more sense to put that proc on the priest donator more so than items that already have it? The druid and shaman 1.5 weapons even have it on them.

Also, is there a way to get it to show the item greyed out on your bar showing the cooldown like our 2.0 does? There are countless times I click this before the 20 second timer and get the message about the spell timer not being ready.
