EDIT -- Server is back up now

Items:
o Solaris, the Fallen Ray has proper charges now
o Both the evolving H2H and Knight 1HS weapons share the same augment slots as other evolving weapons

o Fixed a few issues with the raid code

o Added some background support to monitor zoning issues
