Troply of Ssreahza Temple gone?

it's a little lagging in SG today
when my bard (songyy) give Troply of Ssreahza Temple and Troply Chardok to Gorgoza the Headhunter
system tell me Gorgoza the Headhunter 000 is not online . you cannot pickup a lore item you already have
then my Trophy of Ssraeshza Temple was gone and Troply of Chardok back

i want to do the HH quest again??
