which bot for DPS

hey all, pretty new here, and have been surfing the boards for info, most of which is fairly old, so i decided to just try asking.

my characters that want someone meaty with them use a paladin bot, he holds hate fantastic and is fairly sturdy. i tried an SK bot, but he started spamming fear once he hit 20.

what i'm doing is 2-3 boxing, WAR/SHM/RNG is likely my main group, but i'm on the fence right now between WAR and PAL. i also have a DRU that can sub in for the SHM if that ever made sense.

on my WAR i have a rogue bot, which does pretty good DPS with epic 1.0 and shortblade of tactics. my PAL has a monk bot who seems to just stomp all over everything though. i see a lot of people recommending ROG bots, but early on, monk fists and flying kick is far better than the ROG bot can hope to put out damage wise. what are your thoughts on these 2?

i've also heard that RNG bots are decent utility and damage, but it seems like they spend too much time trying to cast spells why i tried them.

I'm really enjoying this server, i never made it past 30 on live, so most of this is learning for me, i'm liking the quest system though.

At such a low level it really doesn't matter too much what class of BoT you're using, especially when you're 3-boxing. They will change dramatically throughout the level ranges. And you can create as many dps bots as you want on each character. I've always been a big fan of the zerker bot, but that's probably just personal preference.

Choosing between tanking as a paladin/war though, it's all up to you. Warriors can take damage better, dish out more damage, but don't quite have as many buffs/tools at their disposal. If you plan on 3-boxing I'd recommend the warrior, should be a little less micro-management necessary.

ok, thanks. i'll see how the rogue does as i upgrade gear. over 40 in natimbi i'm seeing backstabs up to 250ish, while monk specials are hitting harder than that.

i'll stick with it though. maybe i'll just play around with another group of 3 if i get bored with this one.
