A Feign death upgrade for monks.

I have recently felt left beeing as a monk and my FD skills.
Now , everyone can get FD via donor earring, witch took away something that made the monks almost unique ( with sk / nec )
Looking at t8, most of the mobs just avoid FD and still kick your ass.

Anyway you could create an upgraded version of FD for monks that actually clear your aggro just like the bard one ?

Could be either a 150 or 200 AA purchase or maybe a spell line of Rk I II III with a % chance of totaly clearing aggro ?

I like the idea of a 150aa upgrade to FD that wipes agro list.
It could still fail but no matter what would wipe you off agro list.
If it fails and you are in range of something that is KOS then of course it would re-agro you.
That seems balanced to me.

Yep I agree, but then why would left it for Monks only then ? Don't want to turn this into "hey my class wants this too because my neighbour got it!" but as you mentionned, Monks, SK and Necro had this very specific ability that became not-so-specific with Donor Earring.
If we consider that those three classes have got some specific link with Death, then indeed, a very expensive AA for them would be very nice that could make their FD still kinda "unique" in the EQ world.
The idea of making a mix of FD and Faded Memories is indeed interesting because in HoH mobs prefer to erase the F in my necro's FD while a bard can just run through them far enough and click their awesome Faded Memories. My point is not to whine or ask for a nerf of bard. They got an awesome AA, I'm happy for them. My FD is awesome too, but it's true that other classes can get it which makes it less awesome in a way.

But of course, if you go that way, one could argue that donor items grant access to spells that other class have too in a way. Icy bracer is a super heal that could make cleric nervous (it has a recast timer though that Osiris don't have, otherwise it would be just insane anyway).
So I agree but how to implement a new FD for one or more class without starting an endless list of "donors get it too which makes me feel less special" which wouldn't be right or wrong somehow.
